Sleep:: Sleeping okay -- having to find comfortable positions.

Best Moment This Week:: Feeling the first kicks, getting our nursery decor in - we're doing a woodland theme -- I absolutely love it! Andy is getting more excited, he's been talking to Hudson more which makes me really happy. I've been cleaning and organizing our house a lot lately, wanting to get everything ready! Made a registry at Buy Buy Baby -- a lot of family members kept telling me to stop buying things, but I explained to them that there was still plenty to buy!!!

Here is the nursery theme we are going with! It's Carter's Friends Nursery Decor:

I call Hudson my "little bear" --- so it seemed fitting to include it into his room!

Christmas Time!

Our Christmas tree is up and it looks beautiful! I'm in love with the Christmas season. I love how it brings family together and people decorate their houses so beautifully.

Our Christmas Tree - 2015

One of my favorite traditions that Andy and I started when we had our first Christmas together (not married -- this is our first married Christmas!!) was exchanging ornaments to help make our tree special. Our first Christmas, we exchanged ornaments every day of December - adding a total of 50 ornaments to our tree. Our second Christmas we ended up doing the 12 days of Christmas, adding another 24 memories to our tree. This year, we are just going to exchange them randomly to each other throughout the month of December. I know that once Hudson is born, this will be a tradition that we continue with him as well.

We had a great time on Monday night making a gingerbread house together - which is another thing we do every Christmas. Andy's creative side always comes out! <3

Always fun to make gingerbread houses and eat milk and cookies while watching Elf next to our beautiful lit up Christmas tree!!! Andy put up the lights on our house the other night also - so it makes me happy when it starts to get dark outside and the lights pop on. We went on a walk around the neighborhood the other day with Loui dog and got to see all the Christmas trees lit up and the lights on the houses - truly the best time of the year!!

A work in progress!

Best Moment This Week:: Officially becoming a stay at home wife and mom-to-be! I loved my time at my job, but the drive was getting to be hard and there was just too much going on in my personal life. Andy and I decided it would be best for me to just stay home. So happy to finally have some time to organize my home, get the nursery ready and prepare for life as a mom! Also happy that I now have time to clean up the house and cook dinner for my husband!! That was hard to do when I had a 1 hour commute and was tired by the end of the day. He deserves it all though - he is truly the best husband a girl could ever ask for!

This picture was actually taken on Thanksgiving - we had so much fun! We first went to my mom and Steve's house, and then to Wanda and Steve's house. It was so great getting to see both sides of the family and officially announce that we are having a boy to both sides of the family. We also announced on Facebook that we were having a boy!! Lots of fun stuff happening.
